POLL
LOCATION AND HOURS
Elections are held in the Community Room
located at the
Village Hall, 440 River Crest Court.
Polls are open between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm.
REGISTERING AT THE POLLS
On election, if you are not registered
to vote in the Village of Mukwonago, you must
register to vote at the poll location,
located in the Community Room at the Village Hall, 440 River Crest Court.
Things to Bring to Register to Vote at the Polls

Proof of identity, such as your driver's license.

Proof of residency. If your driver's license does not have your current address, please provide a
bill with your current address.

Driver's license number.
If you do not possess a driver's license, then you must
provide the last four digits of your social security number
or your Wisconsin Identification Number.

Previous Address.
If you are registered elsewhere in Wisconsin and have
recently moved to the Village of Mukwonago, you must notify
the election officials of your previous address.
