Below is a list of current major Commercial and/or Industrial Developments that have either been submitted for proposal to the Village, are in the process of being reviewed or approved by the Village or are now in the development stage.

This page does not include conceptual plans submitted to the Village because plans change often.  Instead, this page ONLY includes plans that have been formally submitted for full review and approval.

Arbys and BP Station Addition

Type of Development:  Commercial
About the Development:  Addition to the south end of the existing BP gas station/convenience store.  Arby’s is the tenant of the proposed addition.  BP restrooms will be remodeled for shared use between Arby’s and the convenience store. Addition of a diesel pump fuel island and extension of the canopy over the diesel pump fuel islands west of the building.

Citizens Bank

Location:  East side of Edgewood Avenue between CTH ES and Red Fox Run

Midwest Holdings Storage Facility

Type of Development:  Commercial, Self Storage Units and outdoor parking of RVs , Boats, Campers as self storage
About the Development:  10 buildings ranging from 10’ x 20’ to 10’ x 15’, 300 storage units are proposed
Location:   South side of CTH ES at the intersection of CTH ES and Hidden Lakes Dr.

Status: Plan Commission recommended approval of the conditional use permit for a 2nd floor addition on September 12, 2017 with conditions.  The Village Board will consider the approval on September 19, 2017.

Type of Development:  Apartments
About the Development:  68 multi-family rental units within six buildings
Location:  Northwest corner of CTH ES (Main Street) and Phantom Woods Road.

About the Development: 4,500 sq. ft., two-unit building.  Starbucks will be the tenant for one unit, and Qdoba will be the tenant for the other unit
