Below is a list of current major Commercial and/or Industrial Developments that have either been submitted for proposal to the Village, are in the process of being reviewed or approved by the Village or are now in the development stage.

This page does not include conceptual plans submitted to the Village because plans change often.  Instead, this page ONLY includes plans that have been formally submitted for full review and approval.

Fast Track Oil Change + retail space

Type of Development – Commercial
About the Development – Quick oil change facility with retail space for a proposed coffee shop
