Any commercial, industrial and/or manufacturing developments must receive the reviews and approvals of the Village Planner, Engineer, Department Heads, Plan Commission and Village Board. 

The following forms must be completed and submitted to the Village Clerk's Office along with the appropriate documentation and plans at least 25 days prior to the next Plan Commission meeting.

Form 1 - Standard Application must be completed and submitted with all other appropriate applications.

If you wish to receive a copy of the approved permit back in the mail, please send a copy of the completed permit along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. 

The applicant is required to arrange for inspection appointments.  To schedule an inspection, call (262) 363-6419.

Alcohol Beverage License Applications must be on file in the Village Clerk's Office at least 15 days prior to being granted.

Auxiliary Questionnaire must be completed by all officers of a corporation or limited liability company, all partners of a partnership and the agent or licensee.

Dog/Cat License Applications must be accompanied with a rabies vaccination certificate and a self- addressed-stamped envelope.
