Below is a list of current major Residential (i.e. Subdivisions, Condo Projects) Developments that have either been submitted for proposal to the Village, are in the process of being reviewed or approved by the Village or are now in the development stage.
This page does not include conceptual plans submitted to the Village because plans change often. Instead, this page ONLY includes plans that have been formally submitted for full review and approval.

Black Bear Development (Black Bear Condominiums) Type of Development - Condominiums About the Development - 54 Total Units = Nine 4-unit Buildings and Nine 2-unit Buildings Location - North end of Village, East side of STH 83 on Black Bear Drive, just north of Culvers Restaurant Contact - Charlie Miller, Citizens Bank of Mukwonago, (262) 363-6500 Status - Under construction.

Fox River View Subdivision and Fox River View Addition #1 Type of Development - Subdivision About the Development - 90 Lots with a minimum of 15,000 square feet Location - Between the Fox River and Edgewood Avenue, Just South of CTH ES Contact - Harmony Homes, (262) 546-6810 Status - Under construction and lots are for sale.
Type of Development - Condominiums About the Development - 32 Units in Hawks Ridge 1 are complete, 64 Units for Hawks Ridge East, some of the units are complete. Location - North side of CTH NN, just East of Hwy 83 across from Park View Middle School and Clarendon Elementary Contact - Prospect Management (414) 540-0004 Status - Phase 1 (Hawks Ridge) is completed. Phase 2 (Hawks Ridge East) is complete with the exception of one 8-unit building yet to be built. All other units are available.
